Ruth Neech has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Ruth currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at Bilue, where they are responsible for managing and ensuring the company's growth by focusing on metrics such as revenue, social ROIs, and employee engagement. Ruth collaborates, measures, and provides support for growth initiatives, cuts through red tape between departments to drive overall growth, and creates new pathways to growth by optimizing resources and monitoring future trends. Prior to their role at Bilue, they worked as a People & Culture Director and Manager at the same company.
Before Bilue, Ruth Neech worked as a Marketing Manager at AUSTRALIAN WHOLESALE MEATS PTY LTD from 2015 to 2017. Ruth also has experience in the travel industry, having worked at Flight Centre Travel Group as an Assistant Team Leader, Recruitment Consultant, and Retail Travel Consultant.
Additionally, they gained experience in the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW) as a Child Protection Caseworker from 2008 to 2012.
Ruth Neech obtained a Master's Degree in Art Therapy/Therapist from Western Sydney University from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Ancient History at the University of Newcastle from 2003 to 2007. Ruth also received a Higher School Certificate (HSC) from Rutherford Technology High School from 1999 to 2002.
