Phuong Bui

Phuong Bui is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as HRBP Director - Hospitality at BIM Group since February 2025, Phuong provides strategic HR advisory and operational support across a diverse portfolio. Previously, Phuong held the position of Regional HR and Talent Development Manager at Swiss-Belhotel International, managing recruitment and career development programs in Central Asia and Vietnam. Other roles at Swiss-Belhotel included Regional Human Resources & Administration Manager and Regional Executive - Administration and Development. Earlier experience at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake involved managing HR functions, payroll, and employee training. Phuong's career began with participation in a leadership program through I-Grad Future Leader. Phuong holds an M.B.A. from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Hanoi University.
