Erik Heselmans is an experienced professional in the molded fiber industry, currently serving as the Molded Fiber Business Development Leader at BIM Kemi since July 2004. In this role, Erik leads initiatives to enhance molded fiber applications for both new and existing customers, focusing on improving product functionalities and runnability. Previous positions at BIM include Molded Fiber Customer Segment Team Leader and Sales Team Leader for various regions. Erik also has experience as an Area Manager and Technical Sales Engineer, with a solid foundation in sales and technical support. Earlier in their career, Erik held leadership roles at Denaeyer Papier and Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included team management and quality control in production settings. Educational qualifications include a Technical Engineer degree in Chemistry from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen and a strong background in mathematics and science from earlier schooling.
