Katja Klingbeil

Katja Klingbeil has over a decade of diverse experience in human resources and marketing communication. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner with a focus on Employer Branding and Retention Management at BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH since June 2016, Katja previously held the position of HR Manager. Prior roles include Personalreferentin at FiPP e.V. from January 2015 to May 2016, and Werkstudentin Marketingkommunikation at WallDecaux from June 2013 to July 2014. Earlier experience includes working as Projektkoordinatorin for the Deutscher Preis für Wirtschaftskommunikation from October 2009 to September 2010. Katja holds a Master of Arts in Wirtschaftskommunikation and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftskommunikation, both from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, as well as a qualification as an Industriekauffrau from SPE Siemens Professional Education.
