Laura Incitti has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bimeda since August 2015, where responsibilities include managing HR administration, employee and labor relations, and providing HR advisory services for a workforce of 170 employees, including unionized staff. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Human Resources at McIntyre Group, focusing on HR needs across multiple branches, and a significant tenure at Westin Harbour Castle Hotel-Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where Laura held various positions culminating in Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations for 500 employees and engaging in collective bargaining and grievance resolution. Laura holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts in Canadian Public Policy & Administration and Business Administration from the University of Guelph.
