Naghalingam Mahalingam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Quality and TQM at BIMETAL BEARINGS LTD since August 2020, Naghalingam previously held the position of VP Corporate Quality & OpEx at VST Tillers Tractors Limited and Chief Quality Officer at Pricol Limited. With a progressive career that began in 1985 at Enfield India Limited, Naghalingam has held key roles in quality assurance and operations, including DGM Corporate Quality at Rane Engine Valve Ltd and Sr. Engineer Quality Assurance at DELPHI-TVS DIESEL SYSTEMS LIMITED. Educational qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, a DME in Automobile Technology from Government Polytechnic College, and a certificate in Strategic Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
