Dicko Wijaya is a seasoned software solutions professional with extensive experience at Bina Nusantara IT Division since September 2017, holding roles such as Software Solution Assoc. Manager, Head of Software Solutions, and Senior System Analyst. Responsibilities include identifying user needs, providing alternative solutions, ensuring system development alignment with user requirements, and enhancing user satisfaction in various IS application developments. Prior experience includes working as Training Staff in the Information System Laboratory at Bina Nusantara University, where responsibilities involved curriculum planning and execution, as well as assisting students with ERP tools and information system courses. Dicko Wijaya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System from BINUS University, completed in 2016.
