Salih Özdemir

Salih Özdemir has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2012. Starting as a Summer Intern at Ondokuzmayıs Üniversitesi Uzaktan Eğitim Merkezi, they then became a Member of the Board of Directors at OMÜ Özgür Yazılım ve Açık Kaynak Topluluğu. In 2014, they were a Software Developer at Pivot Information Technology, followed by an IS/Security Auditor role at Barikat Bilişim Güvenliği in 2016. From 2018 to 2022, they held the roles of Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Success Team Lead at Picus Security, and is currently a Support Engineer at Binalyze.

Salih Özdemir completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi between 2010 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Kastamonu Science High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they hold two certifications: CISA from ISACA obtained in October 2017 and ISO 27001 LA from IRCA Global obtained in August 2016.
