Nicolas Caille

Nicolas Caille currently serves as the Director of Operations at Binance since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolas held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Gravity from June 2022 to August 2023, where the focus was on empowering secure sharing of private verifiable data through a decentralized identity wallet. Nicolas co-founded Pyctor in March 2019, serving as Chief Operating Officer, with the initiative aimed at providing digital asset safekeeping and transaction services in collaboration with various financial institutions and as part of the FCA regulatory sandbox. Additional experience includes roles at ING, Minha Ótica Online, AYUDO, RBS, Barclays Capital, and Credit Suisse, with responsibilities encompassing blockchain and digital assets engineering, trading, and strategy. Nicolas holds advanced degrees in financial engineering and mathematical trading from CY Tech and Bayes Business School, respectively, and participated in the HEC Challenge+ Afrique program at HEC Paris.
