Noah Perlman

Noah Perlman has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Noah most recently served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Binance. Prior to that, they held positions as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Gemini. Noah also worked at Morgan Stanley for several years, where they served as the Managing Director, Global Head of Financial Crimes and the Managing Director, Global Head of Special Investigations. Additionally, they have held roles at the Lucius N. Littauer Foundation, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Attorney's Office - Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court - Eastern District of New York. Noah began their career as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. In addition to their professional roles, Mr. Perlman served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York.

Noah Perlman holds an AB in Government from Harvard University and a JD in Law from Columbia Law School. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) from ACAMS in 2014.
