Roza Paprocka

Roza Paprocka has a diverse work experience in various roles. Roza is currently a Co-Founder at BerryBoat.eu, where they handle strategy, e-commerce, communication, and warehouse management. Prior to this, they worked at BinarApps as a Head of Expansion and a Product Innovation Consultant. Roza also served as a Product Owner at an insurance company and held multiple roles at mBank S.A., including Product Manager, Insurance Sales Management Specialist, Telesales Management Specialist, Telesales Channel Development Specialist, and Telesales Management Clerk. Additionally, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Brokers Bureau "Maxima Fides" Sp. z o.o.

Roza Paprocka has a Master's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Lodz, which they obtained from 2004 to 2009. Roza also participated in the Campus Europea Programm at the Universidade de Aveiro from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2014 to 2015.
