Victor Talpe

Victor Talpe is the business development manager at Electra. Victor has held this position since August of 2022. Prior to their current role, Victor was a key account manager at Sales HQ Belgium from January of 2022 to August of 2022. Before that, they were a sales manager with Ziegler Group from September of 2019 to December of 2021. In this role, Victor developed and executed strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the worldwide customer base. Victor also supervised and followed up with five sales managers, determining their monthly performance and achievements.

Victor has also been responsible for determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results. In addition, they have built and maintained strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnered with them to understand their business needs and objectives. Victor has also developed new import and export trade lanes and brought in new partners and providers. Prior to their role as sales manager, Victor was a business developer for Morocco from October of 2016 to March of 2019. Before that, they held an internship in sales and processing with Ziegler Group from September of 2015 to July of 2016.

Victor Talpe has a Master's degree in International Business Economics from KU Leuven, a Bachelor's degree in International Business Economics from Università Carlo Cattaneo, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from FUNDP Namur. Victor also has certification from Cambridge Business School (CBS) in Cambridge Business English: Advanced and certification from KU Leuven in Master of Business Economics.
