Cemre Çalhan has several years of experience in customer experience roles, primarily at Getir, where they contributed to both Quality and Education for one year and served as a Team Leader for inbound operations for two years. During that time, Cemre developed training programs for new hires, created quality measurement forms, and prepared presentations for company executives. Currently, Cemre is the Operations Manager at BinBin, where they continue to leverage their skills in team management and process development.
