Esra Tastan

Esra Tastan has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a career spanning over several companies. Esra currently holds the position of Head of HR at BinBin since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Tenerity from 2014 to 2023, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's objectives.

Before joining Tenerity, Esra served as the Human Resources Director at Trenkwalder Turkey from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for all HR functions and played an integral part in the company's lean administration project and change management.

Esra also held the position of Human Resources Director at Webhelp from 2010 to 2012, Grafton from 2007 to 2010, and Adecco from 2000 to 2006. Their career began as a Sales Executive at DHL, where they worked from 1994 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Esra has demonstrated expertise in various areas of HR, including talent development, recruitment, resource planning, organizational design, performance management, change management, and compensation & benefits. Esra has also been a member of senior management teams in multiple organizations.

Esra Tastan earned an Engineer's degree in Food Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) between 1989 and 1993.
