Robert Harder

Robert Harder has extensive work experience in analytics and performance management. Robert currently holds the position of VP Performance Analytics at Surest, a role they started in June 2022. Prior to this, they served as Head of Analytics at Surgical Management Solutions from December 2020 to June 2022. Robert also has a long tenure at UnitedHealth Group, where they held various positions in customer analytics and solutions, including Director - Customer Analytics from January 2011 to December 2020.

Robert Harder obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General from Bethel University. Robert then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business and Analytics from the University of Northwestern — St. Paul.
