Laura Fletcher, PhD, is currently the Head of Partnerships and Portfolio at Deep Science Ventures, where they collaborate with a team of scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors to build innovative biotechnology companies. With extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and investment, Laura has held directorships at several organizations, including Bind Research, Neobe Therapeutics, and Flip Therapeutics LTD. Laura’s previous roles include Associate Director of Commercial Partnerships and Strategic Alliances at Cancer Research UK, and Founder and Senior Scientific Officer at ProXara Biotechnology Ltd. They earned a BSc in Biochemistry with 1st Class Honours and a PhD in Insulin Signalling from the University of Bristol.
