Charlotte West envisions a health care system that promotes health and eliminates waste. At Bind, she oversees large market plan sponsor revenue—including sales and existing account partnerships. Before she joined Bind in 2017, she spent nearly 20 years in health care benefits consulting at Mercer, helping large employers across the country develop strategies to manage and optimize their health benefits. Charlotte earned her MBA from the University of Chicago.
