Jennifer Schwarzkopf is an experienced account management professional with a comprehensive background in client relationships, product delivery, and program performance within the health care and direct mail industries. Currently serving as an Account Partner at Surest since September 2019, Jennifer previously held the position of Client Manager and Senior Client Success Manager at Novu, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and ensuring health care quality solutions. Earlier roles at RR Donnelley and IWCO Direct involved building key client relationships and managing large-scale direct mail campaigns, contributing significantly to revenue generation.
