Joe Cuff

Joe Cuff has extensive experience in member and service experience strategy, having worked at Bind Benefits since August 2018 in various roles, including Member Experience Strategist and Escalated Member Service Advocate. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Accounts Receivable Manager at Park Dental, supporting revenue cycle activities from November 2015 to August 2018. Joe's background also includes significant leadership roles at HealthPartners, where responsibilities ranged from supervising a call center team to optimizing self-pay revenue processes. Earlier experience at Park Nicollet Health Services involved overseeing a team of 18 and participating in the hiring process, while an initial role at Apria Healthcare focused on resolving accounts receivable issues and fostering relationships with medical professionals. Joe holds a BA in Social Science from Metro State University and an AA in General Studies from Normandale Community College.
