Norton Lam

Norton Lam, PSM, SASM, is an experienced senior delivery manager and board member with a strong background in agile coaching and software development. Currently working at Surest since June 2020, Norton manages multiple product teams and has successfully doubled team velocity while driving continuous improvement processes. Prior roles include mobile agile development manager at U.S. Bank, scrum master at Magenic, and principal software engineer/architect at Jump Technologies, Inc. Norton has extensive technical expertise, having architected and developed various software solutions, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from Purdue University. Additionally, Norton contributes as a board member for HighTechKids, focusing on the future of youth robotics programs in Minnesota.
