Sue Yun

Sue Yun serves as the Plan Design and Benefits Lead at Surest, formerly known as Bind, since October 2020, focusing on product development and benefit models in alignment with the company's mission. Previously, Sue held leadership roles at Healthfirst, including Director of Retention Analytics and Director of Retention Strategy, where analysis and strategic planning for Medicare and Medicaid initiatives were key responsibilities. At Willis Towers Watson, contributions as a Consultant centered around healthcare strategy and plan management for large market clients, following a role as Senior Analyst with Mercer Health & Benefits, where data analysis for cost projections was a primary task. Sue began a career in the industry as an Actuarial Consultant at USI Consulting Group. Sue earned a BA in Math from Boston University in 2002.
