Hassan Javaid

Hassan Javaid, FCA (ICAEW and ICAP), serves as the Director of Finance and Investor Relations at BinDawood Holding since April 2014, overseeing a finance team of over 250 staff and playing a critical role in the company's IPO, IFRS reporting, and compliance. Key responsibilities include board and investor reporting, managing investor relations, and ensuring corporate governance.
