Currently serving as a Production Shift Supervisor at Bindura Nickel Corporation since January 2017, Raymond has a robust track record that includes positions such as Overseer Miner at FALCON GOLD, Mine Foreman understudy at ZIMASCO, and various roles at the Zimbabwe Mining and Smelting Company. Raymond's expertise encompasses the supervision of mining activities, safety enforcement, budget calculations, and project management, with a proven ability to meet production targets and enhance operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mining and Metallurgical Engineering from Midlands State University and a National Diploma in Mining from the Zimbabwe School of Mines.
