Serhii Ulman is the CEO and Co-Founder of Binerals, a prominent Ukrainian IT company established in December 2019 that specializes in delivering comprehensive business solutions and high-quality applications for both B2B and B2C markets. Prior to this role, Serhii served as a Senior Web Developer and Team Lead at Together Networks Limited from October 2011 to November 2019, where expertise in high-load multiplatform development was demonstrated using technologies such as PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and various database systems. Serhii earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies and Systems from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine in 2011 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Dnipro University of Technology.
