Steven Palmer

Steven Palmer is an accomplished IT Communications Manager at Binghamton University, where responsibilities include managing student interns, overseeing web coordination, digital design, and academic support. As the owner of FINE ART - paintings by palmer, Steven showcases artistic work and projects. With experience as an owner of Gagrags.com, Steven led the design and marketing of humorous t-shirts. A former Professor of Art & Design at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online, and an Online Fine Arts/Digital Arts Professor at SUNY Broome Community College, Steven taught a variety of design subjects. Past leadership at ART Mission and Theater included curating exhibitions, fundraising, and planning events. Steven's early career involved animation and design at Cornell University. Educational achievements include a BFA in Graphic Design and an MFA in Imaging Arts from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
