Khaled Bou Mehdi

Khaled Bou Mehdi is a seasoned professional in customer experience and finance, currently serving as Senior Manager - Customer Experience at Binghatti since February 2023, with previous roles including Manager and Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to Binghatti, Khaled worked at DAMAC Properties from March 2021 to February 2023, achieving significant milestones such as the development of a comprehensive handover process for over 200 clients and leading the International Account Management team across multiple countries. Khaled's diverse experience also includes freelancing in finance, serving as an Associate Consultant at Protiviti, and holding positions in customer service and accounts payable at various firms. Khaled holds a Master of Science in Finance from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
