Heather Short is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Bingman Construction Company since April 2025, Heather previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at PARIC Corporation from April 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty included roles as a Talent Attraction Consultant and a Human Resources Analyst focusing on talent management. Earlier career experience involves working at McCarthy Building Companies in various HR capacities and as a Branch Office Administrator at G&K Services. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Columbia College and an Associate's Degree in Interior Design from Stevens - The Institute of Business & Arts.
