Carla Gouws

Carla Gouws has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carla most recently worked as a Software Engineer at Bink starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at ev.energy from April 2020 to October 2021. Carla also worked as a Python Engineer at Essentia Analytics from August 2018 to April 2020. Before transitioning into software engineering, they worked as a Junior Project Manager at GREEN COUNTY DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED from November 2016 to February 2018. Carla also briefly worked as an Interior Designer at Go Green Projects in June and July 2016. Their earlier roles include working as an Industrial Engineer at Full Facing (Pty) Ltd from July 2015 to January 2016, a Project Engineer at ADP Projects from November 2011 to December 2014, and a Project Engineer at Magnetech (Pty) Ltd from January to October 2011.

Carla Gouws earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stellenbosch University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010. Later, in 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Diploma in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute.
