David Brown

David Brown, RCDD, OSP, TPM, is the Managing Director of Telecommunications at Binkley & Barfield, Inc. Consulting Engineers since March 2011, overseeing client development, project management, and the supervision of telecommunications staff. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Granger Telecom from August 2007 to January 2011, and as a Senior Technical Analyst in IT at CenterPoint Energy from May 1998 to August 2007. David holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary (1997-2004), a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from LeTourneau University (1995-1997), and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Drafting Technology from Lamar University (1984-1989), with additional education at Rice University in 2000.
