Matt Billiot

Matt Billiot is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and project delivery. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Binkley & Barfield | DCCM since September 2022, Matt previously held similar roles at LJA Engineering, Inc. and played a pivotal role in a major $300 million interchange project. Prior engineering positions at TranSystems and AECOM focused on interchange design and transportation facility calculations. Matt also owned a photography business that successfully increased market share over four years, and prior experience includes roles at FedEx Office and Carter Land Surveyors. An MBA from Baylor University complements a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lamar University.
