Paul Voiles

Paul Voiles, PE, PTP, F.ASCE, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Transportation at Binkley & Barfield since August 2014, holding progressively responsible roles within the transportation division. Voiles' leadership experience includes serving as Vice President for Asian American Engineers and Architects and holding various positions within the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Houston Branch, including President and Past President, overseeing a membership exceeding 3,000. Voiles has also contributed as a board member for the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region and directed projects at Brown & Gay Engineers. Voiles' educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas.
