Phillip Walton

Phillip Walton is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Broadband Design Lead at Binkley & Barfield | DCCM since October 2022. As the Founder and CEO of PJWII, Inc. since March 2013, Phillip provides a range of services including telecommunications consulting, project management, and information technology solutions. With a strong background at CenterPoint Energy from December 1984 to February 2019 as a Sr. Technical Analyst, Phillip specialized in network installations, provisioning, and design across various technologies including fiber optics, microwave, and SCADA systems. Earlier career roles included positions in construction and machining, complemented by academic qualifications including a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology from Lone Star College.
