Jon Sundberg

Jon Sundberg has extensive experience in sales and marketing in the media industry. Jon started their career as an Account Executive at Local Thunder in 2004. In 2005, they joined Nassau Broadcasting as a Marketing Representative, where they worked until 2013.

From 2013 to the present, Jon has been with Binnie Media. Jon started as a Senior Marketing Representative and then progressed to the role of Local Sales Manager for WHXR. In this position, they managed a team of account executives and focused on driving revenue for the active rock station and related events.

In 2017, Jon became the General Sales Manager for five broadcast radio stations in Maine. Jon was responsible for coaching and developing the account executives and implementing a strategic action plan to achieve growth in a competitive media landscape.

Currently, Jon holds the position of VP of Sales for Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire at Binnie Media. Jon manages a sales team for seven broadcast radio stations and leads the strategic planning to drive growth in the market. Jon is known for their hands-on approach and building strong relationships with local businesses and agencies to ensure positive results and long-term partnerships.

Jon Sundberg attended Monument Mountain Regional High School from 1994 to 1998. Jon then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in English - Creative Writing at Skidmore College from 1998 to 2002.
