Hannah Coogan Fciwem

Hannah Coogan FCIWEM is an experienced professional in flood risk management and environmental services, currently serving as the Regional Delivery Director at Binnies since August 2021. Prior to this role, Hannah held the position of Technical Director at JBA Consulting from December 2017 to August 2021 and was the Flood Risk Manager at Staffordshire County Council from June 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing the local flood risk management service for Staffordshire and the Black Country authorities. Hannah's extensive background also includes project management roles at Nottinghamshire County Council and Walsall Council, as well as several positions at JBA Consulting Ltd focused on flood risk policy analysis. Additionally, Hannah contributed to the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management as a committee member from May 2006 to June 2015, where leadership roles included Honorary Secretary and Chairperson. Hannah holds a BSc in Geography from Aberystwyth University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
