Paul Harmer

Paul Harmer is a seasoned professional in the engineering and consultancy sectors, currently serving as the Framework Delivery Director at Binnies since July 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held several significant positions at Black & Veatch from 2003 to 2023, including Power Generation Director, where responsibilities included developing business strategies in various energy markets and leading project teams. Earlier experience encompasses a tenure as Operations Director for Consultancy UK and Project Director, managing major infrastructure projects and initiatives such as the £40m Cable Pit Strategy and Mitigation project for UK Power Networks. Paul began their career as a Principal Engineer at Lewin, Fryer & Partners and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Kingston University.
