Ghanshyam Agrawal

Ghanshyam Agrawal is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Binocs.co since April 2025, Ghanshyam previously worked as a Software Engineer at Nightfall AI from December 2021 to April 2025 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Uber from July 2019 to September 2021, focusing on backend engineering within the Customer Obsession Team. Prior to these roles, Ghanshyam was the Chief Architect at Mettl from September 2011 to June 2019, contributing to the company's growth during its startup phase.
