QA Engineer II at Binti

Carlos is excited to be a part of the Customer Support team at Binti. He moved back to the United States from Mexico at the age of ten. He went on to graduate with a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles (Go Bruins!) Besides Mexico and USA he has also had the privilege to have lived in Spain and Australia. He has several years in customer service in industries such as the automotive and banking sectors. He truly enjoys helping people and seeing customers happy is something that motivates him to do a better job. He wants to make a difference and impact peoples lives in a positive way and knows that Binti will allow him to do just that and more. Being able to provide a child with a loving family or a family with a child to love is something that truly motivates him about Binti.
