Kristin Atwood

Kristin Atwood is a Lead Enterprise Account Executive at Binti. Prior to their current position, they worked as a social work specialist for the City and County of San Francisco from February 2014 to March 2018. In this role, they conducted interviews with customers to identify potential barriers to their employment and engaged with them to problem solve and reduce or eliminate barriers. Kristin also identified customer eligibility for resources and services and coordinated with outside agencies to provide applicable services.

During their time with the City and County of San Francisco, Kristin was selected to provide case management for Mayor’s new Project 500 initiative targeted to deliver intensive resources and wraparound services to 500 of the city’s most at-risk families. Additionally, they established positive and effective relationships with customers, resulting in maintaining 100% engagement from all caseload customers enrolled in work activities.

Before their time with the City and County of San Francisco, Kristin worked as a residential care worker for the County of San Diego from August 2012 to November 2013.

Kristin Atwood has a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Anthropology from UC San Diego.
