Victoria Danby is a Product Operations Manager at Binti, Inc., responsible for testing new features and enhancements in modern SaaS solutions for Child Welfare. Prior to this, Victoria worked as a Customer Success Manager and Onboarding Specialist, building strong relationships with agency partners and providing exceptional client service. With a background in social work, including roles as a Social Work Supervisor and Social Caseworker, Victoria holds a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from Humboldt State University.
