Stella Chistyakov

Stella Chistyakov, CPA has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Stella currently serves as the VP Controller at binx health. Prior to this role, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Ora, Inc. where they developed financial statements, managed annual audit work, and oversaw sponsor contracts. Stella also led the ASC 606 revenue recognition implementation process and coached a global accounting team at NetBrain Technologies Inc., where they served as the Corporate Controller. Before that, they were the VP of Finance at QuickPivot and the VP Corporate Finance at Profitect, Inc. Stella also has experience as a Controller at Ektron/Episerver and Qvidian, and as a Finance Manager at Authoria. Stella began their career as a Senior International Accountant at Digimarc and a Senior Staff Accountant at MRV Communications.

Stella Chistyakov, CPA holds an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. In addition, they have an MA and PhD from Moscow International University of Business and Information Technology, where they studied Physics and Finance from 1980 to 1986. Stella has also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Massachusetts.
