Katie Lecker

Katie Lecker has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Katie started their career in 2007 at BIO-CAT INC as a Senior Technical Sales Representative. In this role, they successfully managed a portfolio of over 150 clients, both domestically and internationally. Katie strategically planned and implemented strategies to maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while also identifying and pursuing new prospects. Katie excelled in increasing market penetration for existing accounts and successfully developed new business opportunities. Katie worked independently in furthering the business of BIO-CAT and BIO-CAT Microbials. In 2016, Katie joined Biocatalysts Ltd as a Business Development Manager, where they played a vital role in driving the company's growth until 2018. Later in 2018, they returned to BIO-CAT, taking on the role of Director of Business Development. Recently, in November 2020, Katie was promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales, indicating their continued growth and success within the organization.
