Keith Burke

Keith Burke has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Keith is currently working at Bio Conscious Technologies Inc. as the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for overseeing the company's technological development. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Senior Product Manager for their product called Endobits.

Before joining Bio Conscious Technologies, Keith worked as a Full Stack Developer at Zeybramag, where they developed web applications. Keith also had a role at Dirty Chook as a PHP/React Native/JS Developer, where they developed an app available on App/Play Store using React Native and PHP with MySQL for the backend.

Keith's experience also includes working as a CSS & Sharepoint Developer at Brisbane Catholic Education and as a Tech Lead, Scrum Master, Software Developer, and Software Tester at Institute of Technology Carlow. At the Institute, they led development teams, reviewed code, and developed various software applications including mobile apps and websites with database support.

In addition to their professional experience, Keith has also served as an Assistant at the IT Carlow Computing Summer Camp, where they taught subjects like JS, CSS, and HTML to students.

Keith holds a postgraduate degree from Institute of Technology Carlow, where they developed a computer game aimed at teaching adults with intellectual disabilities about the concept of death and basic biology. Keith also wrote their thesis on this subject.

Prior to their postgraduate studies, Keith worked as a Developer at GRP GmbH & Co. KG.

Keith Burke completed their education at Institute of Technology, Carlow, where they earned a Master of Science - MS in Serious Games from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons) in Computer Game Design from the same institute, studying from 2006 to 2010. Before entering higher education, Keith attended Salesian College in Celbridge, although no specific degree or field of study is provided.
