Janathan Ridwan Maryam

Janathan Ridwan Maryam is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the AVP Talent Management & Corporate Culture at Bio Farma in Indonesia since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Change Management and Transformation Project Manager at Holding PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) and positions in organizational development at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero), where responsibilities spanned from management trainee to organizational development manager. Janathan has also interned at PT Pertamina (Persero) and worked in consumer banking at PT Bank Riau Kepri and payment services at HSBC. Academically, Janathan holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in Agriculture Technology from IPB University.
