Lala Arief

Lala Arief has a diverse work experience starting from 1995. lala began their career as an Executive Secretary at PANASIA Group Property Division before moving on to various roles at Bio Farma. At Bio Farma, they served as the Secretary to the Board of Directors and gained recognition as the Winner of Secretary Award in Asia Pacific Countries. lala then moved on to become the HR Service Functional Manager, where they focused on labor relations and introduced new employee recognition programs. Later, they led the Training Department, developing and implementing training programs for all employees. Finally, they became the Head of the Public Relations and Corporate Communications departments, overseeing internal and external communications strategies, including the integration of social media platforms. Lala Arief's work experience highlights their versatility, leadership skills, and dedication to driving organizational success.

Lala Arief pursued their education at the Universitas Padjadjaran from 2004 to 2006, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in HR Management. Subsequently, they enrolled at the School of Business Management ITB from 2011 to 2013 to obtain a Magister degree in Business Strategic.
