Doug Greer

Doug Greer has an extensive work experience history spanning several industries. Doug began their career managing a dairy farm at Greer Dairy from 1991 to 1998. Doug then worked at Schreiber Foods as a Production Team Advisor and later as a Production Team Leader from 1998 to 2001. Doug joined Safeway as a Production Manager, overseeing production and quality assurance, from 2001 to 2003. Doug then transitioned to Land O'Lakes as a Sales Specialist, responsible for specialty dairy feed sales in California, from 2003 to 2006.

At Cargill, they served as a Dairy Account Manager, managing a territory with significant sales and market share, from 2006 to 2009. Doug then joined Eagle Dairy Direct as a Territory Manager, responsible for selling farm supplies to large dairies, from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they became an Agent/Owner at Farm Bureau Financial Services, specializing in insurance services for farms, ranches, and small businesses. Doug then worked at South University as part of the admissions team, assisting with enrollment, academic advisement, and financial aid from 2012 to 2014.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Regional Account Manager at Bio Huma Netics, Inc. Doug was then promoted to Huma Gro Sales Director from 2016 to 2019, and finally to Senior Director of Sales - Domestic from 2019 to the present. In their current role, they oversee the sales growth of Bio Huma Netics products in the US and Canada and leads a team of sales managers.

Recently, in 2021, they started a new role as an Online Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University - Idaho, facilitating an online International Ag Marketing Class and providing guidance and feedback to students from various locations worldwide. Throughout their diverse work experience, Doug Greer has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.

Doug Greer earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Agribusiness from Arizona State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Doug then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from South University, attending from 2012 to 2014.
