David Palmer

David Palmer is a senior technical support consultant at Bio-Rad Laboratories, providing expert advice in various molecular biology techniques since March 2005. With a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. in Molecular Plant Pathology from Oklahoma State University, David has also served as an adjunct professor at Contra Costa Community College District, teaching PCR within the biotechnology program. Previously, David co-founded Byotix, a biotechnology startup, where responsibilities included managing transgenic plant screening and product development. Additionally, experience as a senior scientist at Zeneca Agrochemicals involved leading projects in transgenic plant screening.
