Janson Tan

Janson Tan has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Janson is currently working at Bio-Rad Laboratories as the Global Talent Development Lead APAC. Prior to this, they were employed at Bridgestone Asia Pacific as a Talent Development professional. Janson also served as a Senior Manager Learning Development at DHL eCommerce Solutions and as the Head of Training APAC at First Data Corporation. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager, Sales Training at DHL. Janson has extensive experience in training and development, as seen in their roles as the Regional Training & Development Manager at tesa SE and Regional Sales Trainer at Fuji Xerox. Janson also has a military background, having served as a Military Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces.

Janson Tan pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the National University of Singapore between 1996 and 1999. In 1991 and 1992, they completed their GCE 'A' Levels at Tampines Junior College, focusing on Science. Janson furthered their education by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in HR & Organizational Development and Change from SHRI Academy in 2013. In 2019 and 2020, they completed an HR Graduate Certification program with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services at Singapore Management University. In addition to their formal education, Janson Tan has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2021.
