Leanne Huysentruyt has extensive experience in marketing and operations within the life sciences and clinical diagnostics sectors, currently serving as Associate Director of Americas Revenue Operations and Associate Director of Americas Product Marketing at Bio-Rad Laboratories since January 2014. Leading a team of eight product managers, Leanne oversees the US commercial marketing for both Life Science and Clinical Diagnostics. In previous roles at Bio-Rad, Leanne managed the US Molecular Diagnostics marketing strategy and served as the Americas COVID marketing lead. Earlier experience includes a position as Sr. Product Manager for Digital Biology and Technical Support Consultant, focusing on product marketing and customer support in PCR technologies. Prior to joining Bio-Rad, Leanne worked as a Research Scientist at the University of California, San Francisco, where research focused on HIV-related malignancies. Leanne holds a PhD in Biology from Boston College, as well as a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.
