Patsy Wu Kennedy

Patsy Wu Kennedy, SPHR has extensive experience in talent development and HR leadership. Patsy currently serves as the Senior Director of Global HR Talent Development at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where they lead a team in designing and executing diversity and inclusion initiatives, talent development processes, and high-impact programming for emerging leaders. Prior to their current role, Patsy worked as the Manager of Global Programs & Talent Development at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where they designed and implemented programs to ensure talent alignment with company goals. Before joining Bio-Rad Laboratories, Patsy founded their own consulting firm, PWK Consulting, where they facilitated strategic planning sessions and provided learning and development consulting services to various organizations. Patsy also served as the Talent Development Manager, Leadership at Sephora, where they created and implemented a comprehensive leadership development plan. In addition to these roles, Patsy has held positions in learning services and organizational development at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., as a learning consultant at the University of California, San Francisco, and in learning and development at Longs Drugs. Patsy started their career as the Regional Coaching Manager at Ameriquest Mortgage and later worked as a Training Project Manager at Mervyn's and Adecco Employment Services. Patsy holds a Regional Human Resources Development Internship experience from Kaiser Permanente, where they gained core competencies in HR development. Overall, Patsy's work experience showcases their expertise in talent development, leadership development, strategic planning, and learning and development consulting.

Patsy Wu Kennedy, SPHR holds a Masters degree in Intercultural Communication from UC Santa Barbara. In 2011, Kennedy obtained the SPHR certification from HR Certification Institute.
