Viktor Erik Kollár

Viktor Erik Kollár has a comprehensive work experience in finance and business partnering roles. Viktor Erik is currently serving as the Head of EMEA Finance BP and FP&A at Bio-Rad Laboratories. Prior to this, they worked at Dreher Sörgyárak for over 15 years, where they held various positions, including Head of Finance BP and FP&A, Commercial Finance BP Manager, Revenue Manager, and Senior Finance BP for Marketing. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing P&L, driving financial targets, implementing forecasting processes, creating pricing strategies, and evaluating marketing activities based on ROI calculations. Viktor Erik has also demonstrated leadership skills by coaching team members and driving automation within FP&A. Their accomplishments include transforming pricing strategies, developing competitor analysis models, and implementing new stock managing routines. Additionally, they have successfully implemented financial evaluation processes and contributed to decision-making in fleet management.

Viktor Erik Kollár holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from the Corvinus University of Budapest, which they obtained from 2001 to 2006.
